Abdul Rahim Butt is a senior banking, strategy, governance and business transformation executive with more than 29 years of experience across financial services, project finance, investment banking and asset management in emerging markets.

He currently leads Strategy & Business Process Improvement at Faysal Asset Management Limited in Pakistan, following senior roles with Faysal Bank, Standard Chartered, Citigroup, United Bank and other financial and operating companies. His experience spans strategy, business planning, governance, institutional transformation, performance management and regulatory engagement.

He has concluded conventional and Islamic financing and investment transactions exceeding US$ 20 billion across South Asia, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. He has lived and worked in Pakistan, Hong Kong, the UAE and Qatar, bringing a cross-border perspective to inclusive finance.
