Kasey leads a team applying AI, machine learning and advanced statistical methods to build custom, explainable credit models. His focus is translating innovation into measurable outcomes: identifying creditworthy borrowers others overlook, optimising loan amounts and pricing, and improving profitability while expanding access to credit. With experience building and scaling businesses across lending, payments and insurance, Kasey connects technical capability with product strategy and commercial execution. Previously, he was Global Head of Product at Cover-More Group, a Zurich Insurance company, and co-founder and President of US fintech Urban FT.
